I had made an appointment using the GMC app. When arriving at the appointed time it was discovered the appointment hadn’t completed. However Morries was kind enough to squeeze me in and complete the service on my truck. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. So accommodating.


Shane was great. Detailed. Was able to get me in a little early as I needed to be on a work call prior to my scheduled appointment. Very satisfied. No complaints here!

The parts and service department ultimately completed the job, but getting the customer service side to work was challenging to say the least. All I needed was a key fob. Covered under the plan I purchased when buying my car, they still wanted to charge me over 500 dollars. Once that was figured out, they said that a claim should've been filed, which is something they have to do but didn't when I walked in or made the appointment. A walk in and an appointment later, the key was programmed and I was on my way free of charge.

I own a 2018 Camaro with 14000 miles. It had a grinding noise when you turned the wheel either Right or Left. Shane my guy at the front desk checked out the car and found the Rack and Pinion was bad. I got a sick feeling knowing this would be expensive. Shane did some research. There were no recalls but he said I have an extended warrantee and it would cost me about $100. I took my car into Morries West Salem Chevrolet for some A/C repairs. The Service Manager Ashly and my Service Advisor Brian were great. Overall great experience with Lane and Jason. Very helpful and listened to our needs! After our 3rd visit we found a great fit for our family. We appreciate that no one was pushy and we didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase. The only downside was the paperwork/purchasing part which took several hours. Otherwise we walked out happy customers 😊

Top notch customer service! Hopped off the interstate in West Salem as my cluster panel was indicating multiple ekectrical problems. They have me a loaner and had it fixed after a couple days. I'll always bring it back to Morrie's as the service was the best I've experienced. Thanks Morrie's!

Great service

They solved half the problem, but did not solve the whole problem, I have a held anallyer a found on bank one and found oxygen 0s1 is the other problem, starts hard and floods itself with gas when it’s cold start in the morning , I’m out of town till Tuesday will call and make an appointment

Made an appointment on Monday and got in on Tuesday. Had to miss 3 hours of work because no technician to do the work after 2 PM.
