Dalton Howe was very helpful and friendly and he listen to my questions when I asked different things about my vehicle glad they got me in today .
Had to call multiple times to get everything scheduled as the first time the person scheduled me for a weekend and they don't do any troubleshooting on weekends. The second time they scheduled me for a weekday but there was no tech available to take a look at my vehicle. Thankfully the guys there when I dropped my vehicle off were able to take a tech off of another vehicle and get me a diagnosis.

Ordered key fobs online and morries took like 30minutes to program thrm happy to have working key fobs after 6+ years of them not working.
Nick and Will were very easy to work with and were able to get back to me and answer all my questions quickly. Nice and friendly atmosphere without being pushy and very helpful

I had an emergency with one of my tires on my VW that was steadily and slightly rapidly loosing pressure. I was headed into Onalaska from Sparta to the only VW dealership, but when I had called ahead, they were fully booked. I called a Tires Plus that was also booked. Traveling through the area with my Travel Trailer. After setting up camp at Neshonoc Lake my Suburban wouldn’t shift out of reverse and the gear shift just flopped around. I reached under and snapped a photo of the problem (enclosed). The gear shift bushing disintegrated. I didn’t have the tools or jacks so had the vehicle towed to Morries in West Salem. Oil change
I was so incredibly impressed with the service department after our first oil change with our car recently purchased at Morries. The service staff were prompt and very personable. They listened to my questions and answered all of them. They took any concern I had very seriously. I loved the video explaining what the service tech checked and listing any concerns they had … it was AWESOME! I would recommend Morries to anyone looking to purchase a car or anyone looking for a great place to service their cars! Thank you for such great service !!

I received great customer service during my visitt. I was kept informed during the entire process. My car needed a new thermostat, which was covered under my 100,000 mile warranty. I only paid for the oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smoothly. I only had to wait 1 day for this appointment which was great because I was worried about my check engine light.

Changed cabinet filter. Suggested two new tires. Didn’t take long for oil change but I never did receive video of work being done.

The service was fair at best. I am disappointed because I knowingly have an active exhaust leak and rattling components. However, despite the 'high-quality inspection' performed during my oil change, the technician reported there were no issues. This lack of attention to detail makes me lose confidence in the thoroughness of your safety checks

Always happy with the service provided. This particular visit, the maintenance took longer than it should have. An oil change and tire rotation shouldn't take two hours.

Good service. Worked with David and he was very kind to us as we quickly decided to purchase my new car. I would have appreciated a little bit of urgency throughout the signing process both from him and Will in the finance department, but we were very well taken care of.
David Nelson was so great to work with! We showed up after hours on a Saturday and he stayed late to show us the cars we were interested in. He was so patient and kind. We had been to another Morries dealership, while they were open, and no one even talked to us.
Service Department has gone downhill. Lacks preparedness, professionalism and follow through. Questionable customer service representation.

Casually stopped to look at an Equinox that was on the lot. David Nelson met us and showed us the vehicle and we took it for a test drive, David even suggested a route with bumpy and smooth roads where we would get a good experience. Dealership was very welcoming

Nick Gschwind and Cris Pultzer made everything so easy. We emailed back and forth for a few days since I was driving up from Nashville to get the car. They answered all of my questions with enthusiasm and patience. When I came up I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour and Will James was so great and easy to work with. Service done was good. I need to come back next week for a “ supervisor tech assessment “ for extended warranty claims. Thought this could have been done at this appointment. It costs money to travel back for a second time.
They don’t take the time to listen. When I called about a transmission 60k service, they quoted me for a flush. When I got there, I questioned the advisor about a flush when it clearly calls for a filter/fluid change. Then he says it’s already hooked up to flush and it’s way more to do the filter/fluid change he went and spoke with the tech and he says that’s how he does his own. I had an okay experience with Morrie’s. The staff were good people who answered all my questions. The only downside was their punctuality. When I first put my deposit down, I asked them to touch up scratches and paint, and they agreed to do so.
I scheduled to come in at 5:30 on Monday (three days later) to purchase the vehicle. I recently had my vehicle serviced here while dealing with a transmission issue, and overall the staff was very friendly and professional throughout the process. During a fluid change, they mentioned noticing dents in the transmission pan and offered to inspect further to see if it might be related to the main issue. I agreed, hoping it could lead to a solution that didn’t require a full transmission replacement, even though it cost a few hundred dollars.

Nice people. Good communication. I never got the inspection sheet and I never received the inspection video on my truck as promised. They send you two texts a day and two emails a day confirming your appointment which is way too much.
Got an early appointment that I like. They said it would take a hour and it was. Took care of everything the truck needed done.
Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and responsive. I am very happy with the car that I purchased, it’s only been a couple of days, but it seems to rotten extremely well and was priced very fairly. The only reason for a four starting out of five star review is that I didn’t feel like I waited for a really long time at the dealership. To be fair, they were busy when I came in, but it did take several hours for me to purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership!
