Had to call multiple times to get everything scheduled as the first time the person scheduled me for a weekend and they don't do any troubleshooting on weekends. The second time they scheduled me for a weekday but there was no tech available to take a look at my vehicle. Thankfully the guys there when I dropped my vehicle off were able to take a tech off of another vehicle and get me a diagnosis. I had an emergency with one of my tires on my VW that was steadily and slightly rapidly loosing pressure. Traveling through the area with my Travel Trailer. After setting up camp at Neshonoc Lake my Suburban wouldn’t shift out of reverse and the gear shift just flopped around. I reached under and snapped a photo of the problem (enclosed). The gear shift bushing disintegrated. I didn’t have the tools or jacks so had the vehicle towed to Morries in West Salem. I was so incredibly impressed with the service department after our first oil change with our car recently purchased at Morries. The service staff were prompt and very personable. They listened to my questions and answered all of them. They took any concern I had very seriously. I loved the video explaining what the service tech checked and listing any concerns they had … it was AWESOME! I received great customer service during my visitt. I was kept informed during the entire process. My car needed a new thermostat, which was covered under my 100,000 mile warranty. I only paid for the oil change and tire rotation. Everything went smoothly. I only had to wait 1 day for this appointment which was great because I was worried about my check engine light.

The service was fair at best. I am disappointed because I knowingly have an active exhaust leak and rattling components. However, despite the 'high-quality inspection' performed during my oil change, the technician reported there were no issues. This lack of attention to detail makes me lose confidence in the thoroughness of your safety checks

They don’t take the time to listen. When I called about a transmission 60k service, they quoted me for a flush. When I got there, I questioned the advisor about a flush when it clearly calls for a filter/fluid change. Then he says it’s already hooked up to flush and it’s way more to do the filter/fluid change he went and spoke with the tech and he says that’s how he does his own. When I first put my deposit down, I asked them to touch up scratches and paint, and they agreed to do so. I scheduled to come in at 5:30 on Monday (three days later) to purchase the vehicle. I recently had my vehicle serviced here while dealing with a transmission issue, and overall the staff was very friendly and professional throughout the process. Everyone at the dealership was extremely friendly and responsive. I am very happy with the car that I purchased, it’s only been a couple of days, but it seems to rotten extremely well and was priced very fairly. The only reason for a four starting out of five star review is that I didn’t feel like I waited for a really long time at the dealership. To be fair, they were busy when I came in, but it did take several hours for me to purchase the vehicle. I would definitely recommend the dealership!
