With seven locations in the Coulee Region of western Wisconsin, we are the area's largest automotive group. This size has allowed us to provide greater opportunities for additional training and advancement for our employees. Following new hire orientation where new staff members are exposed to the company culture and practices, our benefits, and basic safety training, the newly hired employee begins working with a mentor for job-specific training. Our formalized mentoring program gives new employees the chance to work closely with and obtain continued feedback from more experienced, veteran employees from within their departments.
